Cancellations made after 12 noon (local hotel time) one day prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of £30. Cancellations made after 12 noon on the day of arrival, and/or no-shows are subject to 100% of the first night’s rate and taxes.
We do have waitlists and will notify you should rooms become available.
A valid credit card is needed at check-in. Your credit card will be pre-authorised at check-in to cover your stay and potential incidentals. The pre-authorisation hold will be released at check-out. Please know that it can take your bank from 3-5 business days to release the hold.
Pets are not permitted, except service animals.
Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a minimal charge if available at the time of check-in.
You can check-in as late as 6 a.m. the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. If you are checking in late and know this, please advise when making the reservation or call the hotel directly the day of arrival.
We are happy to store your luggage either on arrival in the morning if there are no rooms available to check into, or upon departure. A Guest Service Manager at the Reception Desk can do this for you.
Yes. Additionally, we will deliver exercise equipment and yoga kits to your room at no additional charge.
The Grand at Trafalgar Square offers room service from our onsite restaurants as well as a unique, multi-menu in-room delivery service from area restaurants. A member of our staff will deliver the order to your room and the charges can be applied to your room bill.
